Terms & Conditions

Booking an appointment acts as a non-refundable deposit. There are NO CANCELLATIONS. You are allowed one re-schedule per appointment. There will be no refunds for any reason unless there is an error or conflict on my side.

We ask that you reschedule any appointments at least 24 hours before your booking. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute under any circumstances unless fraud is evident.

Please ensure that all unknown caller and spam filters are turned off prior to your scheduled session. If I call at your appointment time and the call is sent to voicemail due to Do Not Disturb or call filtering settings, I will attempt to reach you up to three times. If there is no answer after three attempts, your appointment will be canceled and will not be rescheduled. Payment will be forfeited and retained as an inconvenience fee and is non-refundable. You will need to book a new appointment if you wish to proceed with a reading.
